VON Assisted Living Services helps clients remain in their own homes for as long as safely possible while deferring the need for hospital admission or long-term care * services are offered to seniors 65 years of age and older who reside at home, but may need the availability of additional unscheduled visits.  

Services include:

• Personal Care (dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, medication assistance, meal preparation, etc.)
• Security checks (via telephone call or in-person)
• Light housekeeping
• Care Coordination
