Provides support, food and education to seniors facing housing issues
Services include:
conduct a Complete Assessment
advocating with the Landlord/Landlord Tenant- board to
develop a repayment plan
assistance with Rent Review Application and TCHC lease
renewal form
assistance with Housing connections application plus
advocating to TCHC
referrals or advocacy with ODSP, OW, CPP, shelters,
Meals on Wheels, home care, referrals to I.D. Clinic, furniture bank, Old
Age Security and Canada Revenue Agency
help with Budgeting and Finance and arrange for
cleaning of unit if required
provide supportive Counselling and Referrals
