Group programs for women and children who have experienced family violence or other trauma

Services include:

Here to Help - 13-week group intevention programs for mothers with 4-18 years old children who have experienced family violence, offered three times a year
Mothers in Mind - program for mothers who have experienced abuse or other trauma and have children under the age of four

We work with each child and family’s unique strengths, needs and challenges. We help them to uncover their abilities, give them tools to succeed, and support them in overcoming challenges.
