City-wide services for three designated provincial programs:

Infant Development Program (IDP)
Preschool Speech and Language Services (PSL) - services to children with special needs
Prenatal Parent Counselling Service - supportive specialized counselling for pregnant parents who have learned that their baby will be born with a developmental disability
Augmentative Communication and Writing Aids Program (ACWA)
