Description des services:
Court Clinic service provides court-ordered assessments for youth charged under Section 34 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (2003) whose offence(s) were committed while between the ages of 12 and 18 years. The Court Clinic assessment process may include interviews with the youth and the parents or legal guardian, psychological testing, and the integration of information from other relevant service providers. A report is prepared and submitted to the Judge for consideration. This report summarizes the assessment and offers recommendations for sentencing, treatment, and community reintegration
