Description des services:

  • Offers a program for youth to promote positive behaviour and encourage good choices
  • Provides the program through a weekly group session for ten weeks
    • Strives to instill the following in participants:
    • More positive ideas, attitudes and goals
    • Improved decision making skills
    • Increased self esteem
    • Enhanced self-understanding
    • Less stress and anxiety
    • Better communication skills
    • Enhanced interpersonal skills
    • Effects of problematic substance use including alcohol and marijuana
