Description des services:

Volunteer medical clinic that:

serves people without OHIP such as refugees, new immigrants who are medically uninsured
specifically address issues often left unattended in the community such as mental health, women's health
cannot provide or cover all types of care
while focusing on non-emergency care, patients needing critical attention are directed to local hospitals
care is free but any donation is accepted
patients are responsible for their own blood work
refugees have to bring refugee papers to the appointment along with a list of all pills and any medical records
call first and leave a voicemail to book an appointment
clinic is doing telephone consultation only
do not treat patients with OHIP coverage and medical emergencies and absolutely no walk-ins

Qui sommes-nous ?

We are a volunteer organization of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, public health workers, lawyers, accountants, students and various community volunteers. This is an endeavor spearheaded by the Muslim Medical Association of Canada (MMAC) for the benefit of all human beings, regardless of religion/faith or race
