Half-day program aimed at maintaining the client's physical function and mobility conducted by a rehabilitation trainer and a therapeutic recreation specialist with the assistance of volunteers

Typical program:

an exercise class, walking program and other physical activity
afternoon break midway through the afternoon
opportunities for discussions on health topics such as nutrition and the importance of exercise and leisure
recreational activities

Physical Maintenance Program
