Admissibilité / population desservie
People in need of rehabilitative care related to complex medical and physical conditions * must be able to actively participate in and tolerate 2-3 hours of therapy per day * can be admitted from community, another hospital or following an inpatient admission, once any acute medical issues are stabilized
