Provides the services of a youth support worker and an elder support worker

Provides information, services and activities including the following areas but not limited to:

Services include:

Counselling services
Cultural activities, feasts and ceremonies
Group workshops
Educational sessions that promote wellness
Fitness activities
Coordination and referrals to psychologist, psychiatrist, other counselling services and treatment centres
Coordination of aftercare services
