Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services
Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:

Road maintenance
Landscaping and community beautification
Street lighting
Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants; Water Treatment Plant upgraded and boil water advisory (BWA) lifted in Oct 2022
Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
Snow removal
Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
Garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site

Capital Planning

Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
