- Fee must be paid at Band Office (Reception) the first Friday of the month
- Receipt is issued which must be dropped off at Health Centre
- Pick-up date is advertised in community newsletter or call Health Centre

- $15 fee per month
- No charge for Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Old Age Security (OAS) clients
- No charge for families with children ages birth - 6 years and pregnant women
