This program is offered in partnership with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) to provide all gender school groups to youth ages 12-18 (must be 17 at intake/referral). School Based Groups provide an opportunity for those youth navigating anxiety, social anxiety, difficult peer relationships and low mood to build skills, find connection, gain insight, and build wellness through experiential, eclectic and evidence informed group activities. Please not this service is only available to youth who attend one of our partner schools within the TDSB and TCDSB.
