Description des services:

  • Provides case management and community-based support services for individuals experiencing psychiatric symptoms
  • Advocates for the improvement of services delivered to individuals with psychiatric issues
    • Can also provide:
    • Advocacy and referrals
    • Assessment and monitoring
    • Assistance to access housing, education, employment and health services
    • Crisis intervention
    • Life skills training
    • Medication management and monitoring
    • Rehabilitation
    • Service coordination
    • Supportive counselling
