Delivers LEAP Emergency Financial Assistance on behalf of the Ontario Energy Board (OEB)

Delivers a one time emergency financial assistance to Atikokan Hydro and Fort Frances Power customers
Maximum grant is $650 in emergency assistance for their electricity bills ($780 if the home is heated electrically) - grant is credited directly toward electricity bill
Agency may be able to arrange a hold on a disconnection notice while a case is being reviewed
All decisions can be appealed
