Provides a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Indigenous peoples residing in, or migrating to, the city

Addresses the distinct needs of Indigenous peoples in the areas of justice, health, education, employment and training and relief of poverty
Participates in community development activities that promote cultural diversity and partnership development with other Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal agencies

Major programs include:

Indigenous Alcohol and Drug Workers Program
Indigenous Courtworker Program
Family Support Program
Indigenous Health and Wellness Program
Life Long Care Program
