Description des services:

A program that provides stroke survivors with opportunities to work on improving mobility and independence through therapeutic, recreation and social activities * participants can take part in a wide range of activities including water exercises * pool time is from 10am to 11 am * choice of individual activities (cards, painting/drawing, arts and crafts, board games, bowling, Wii, Bocce, table tennis and other activities) * outings or special events * Tai Chi * speech exercises (conversation and articulation) to help participants enhance their speech and communication skills * guest speakers * participants are responsible for their own transportation
