Community-based housing for adults with serious mental illness * 10-bedroom group home
Residents
share in the life of the home, including meal preparation, chores,
group socials and special events * staff members support residents with
basic support, life skill building, enrichment, medication support,
crisis management and linking to other supports * daily support and on
call service is available
Staff provide practical
assistance, assist with medication, and provide one-to-one and group
support and skills teaching to assist residents in their individual
recovery and in developing skills for independent living
