Self or agency referral * assessment required - contact intake staff during office hours * all referrals must complete the mandatory Provincial Screening Tools and an intake assessment which will assess whether residential treatment is recommended
Waitlist information and intake procedures can be obtained by calling G&B House intake and admissions at 519-371-3642 ext 1580 between the hours of 8am and midnight

Admissibilité / population desservie
Males 16 years and older, with substance use problems who:
- your personal life and health have been negatively impacted by your substance use
- tried controlling or stopping your use of alcohol and/or drugs but struggle to stay on track
- tried addiction counselling and treatment, but it hasn’t been effective
- need a safe, non-using environment to get your life back on track
- want to abstain from using substances long-term
- can commit to a minimum 3 month stay
- do not have any outstanding criminal charges
- do not require any narcotic medication
- do not have any serious mental health concerns
- do not have any mobility or self-care concerns
