Issues legal aid certificates under the provisions of the Legal Aid Services Act to enable persons who qualify to engage the services of a lawyer of their choice * addresses criminal law, family law and immigration

Duty Counsel - Assists financially eligible persons charged on matters of adjournment, pleas, applications for bail and submissions as to sentence in criminal and young offenders cases provided in courts of first appearance/case management * assists persons in family court and child welfare cases * Call 519 524-9612 ex 60
