People involved in a motor vehicle collision where damages apparently exceed $5,000 or more and no injuries have been acquired

Description of Services
There are three collision reporting centres (CRC) in Halton Region
centres take reports for minor property damage collisions
if the combined damage (from all vehicles or property involved in the collision) apparently exceeds $5,000 or more you have a legal obligation to report that collision
reporting centres are privately owned and staffed with non-police service employees
