Offers a variety of in-home and community services to improve the health and quality of life of older adults and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes and in the community for as long as possible

Nursing - Provides a wide range of in-home and community nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, general monitoring, palliative care, catheter care

Personal Support - Offers services to people requiring physical, mental and social assistance with independent living * services can include housekeeping, medication prompting, meal preparation, errands/shopping and social, recreation and physical activity programs
