Receives calls from individuals who are concerned about the health, wellbeing and/or safety of a child or youth

investigates alleged emotional, sexual, physical abuse and neglect of a child or youth
works with the family to develop a service plan which is intended to alleviate risk to the child or youth
provides monitored supervised visitation
offers family group decision making which allows family, extended family and friends to make a plan for the child(ren)
