Description of Services

As part of our Wellness Program, our Blood Pressure Program's goal is to promote cardiovascular health, healthy lifestyles, personal empowerment, and regular blood pressure monitoring for participants.

Blood Pressure Program:
1st Tuesday of each month at 2:00pm - Birchwoods Apartment
4th Thursday of each month at 1:00pm - Maplewoods Apartment
3rd Thursday every other month at 2:00pm - Good Neighbours of Bluewater
