Individuals can self-refer * Referrals can also be made though family members, community agencies, physicians, employers, financial counsellors * Referrals to the residential treatment program just be made through the Problem Gambling Designated treatment system

Eligibility / Target Population

People who are affected by gambling, gaming and digital dependency, and their families. Residential treatment services are available to residents across Ontario

No cost upon presentation of a valid Health card

Description of Services

For those with problem gambling and internet/gaming addiction counselling and support including:
Outpatient treatment

Comprehensive assessments, individual counselling, support groups, treatment groups, aftercare groups, family workshops
Bed-based 3 week closed cycle – must be referred by a designated referral source

For family and friends who have a loved with gambling or digital dependency:

Support and education through individual and group counselling programs
Two day family retreat weekend

Community Education and Prevention

Presentation, workshops, seminars, psychoeducation
