Description of Services

Once a month the coordinator meets with caregivers and families in a group setting with other caregivers * caregivers learn from each other and share their challenges and successes in a safe and confidential setting * can bring your loved one to enjoy a group activity with others, while the caregiver attends the support group

Meetings are held the last Thu of the month from 10:30am-12noon
