The Brief Therapy service offers children, youth, and their families access to therapeutic support focused on a particular area of concern that is most meaningful to them.
Providing time-limited, goal-oriented therapy that is strength-based and designed to support children, youth, and families who identify a specific area of need they would like to work on. This approach emphasizes building on existing strengths and focusing on achievable goals to create meaningful change in a short period of time.
