Description of Services

Multidisciplinary team works in partnership with community resources to provide an easy transition to and from home * partnered with the North Simcoe Muskoka Hospice Palliative Care Network

Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) consultation - supported by five physicians with palliative expertise for recommendations and care guidance

Note: not an entire unit, but has palliative care inpatient services at the hospital including several palliative beds.
