Description of Services

Provides free, short-term, evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and related services to adults with depression, anxiety and trauma-related conditions, through group or one-on-one sessions (in person or virtually) or through self-led resources (guided by a coach or clinician)
