Acceptance for service is subject to the outcome of the intake assessment.
Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.

Description of Services
HF Care is a community organization that provides leadership in promoting the mental health of people in the Cambodian, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese communities. HF Care helps people stay mentally healthy and manage mental illness. Its work is supported by staff, volunteers and the community at large in the Greater Toronto Area. It achieves its mission through the provision of a range of programs, including Case Management, Peer/Self Help Initiatives, Family Initiatives, Supportive Housing Case Management and Health Promotion. Hong Fook's continuum of services operates based on a Holistic Health and Recovery approach.
