Sexual health consultations and a few services in person by appointment only * answers questions over the phone and via email
The sexual health nurse can provide the following services:
- Directing clients to testing for STIs (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV)
- Providing clients with free treatment for STIs with a doctor’s prescription (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis)
- Assisting with providing affordable birth control with a doctor’s prescription (the voucher program)
- Free condoms
- Information about sexually transmitted infections (STI’s)
- Free pregnancy testing by appointment
- Counselling about relationships and sexual decision-making
