People with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementias * care coordinators assess the needs of applicants

Fees

$20 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants
Overnight program: $43.34 per night * subsidy available for eligible participants

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
