Long-term care home program with 21 beds * supportive care apartment program * one respite/short stay/convalescent bed

Community services: 
  • Supportive Housing
  • Adult day service
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Monthly luncheons in Deep River and Stonecliffe
  • Transportation to medical appointments
  • In-home support program
