Community-based program that instills goals and objectives for those who have a diagnosed, serious mental illness * focus on recovery and wellness

assistance with daily living activities
brief and long term support
life skills development
coping strategy development support
employment/vocational and social activities support
navigation of the mental health system
referrals to other community resources and coordination of support
symptom and medication management
crisis prevention, intervention and management
health promotion and teaching
