Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Please call to complete a phone assessment.
Individuals must be detoxified for a minimum of seven days. A urine screen is required before admission.
The program does not accept individuals on methadone. Those prescribed suboxone will be reviewed individually.
