Description of Services

Adult day program in Greek * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote independence for older adults who are frail, isolated or suffering from chronic health conditions in a group setting * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Program includes:

fun, stimulating and therapeutic activities
fall prevention exercise
meals and snacks
personal care assistance
caregiver supports
