Description of Services

Manages affordable renting units for people with serious mental illness who are experiencing homelessness

Supports include:

access to rent supplement to obtain suitable housing
individual and group teaching of skills related to activities of daily living
connections to community services and resources
consultation and clinical support services
access to mental health nurses
development of crisis plans to identify personal coping strategies
