Youth 19 years and younger, adults 65 and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, bundled care (joint replacement) patients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury * priority is given to those with recent surgery/fracture or hospitalization all other patients are placed on a waitlist
