Application

Individuals may access this program through self-referral or through referral from community organizations, family physicians, midwives or other mental health professionals. All referrals go through central intake.

Description of Services

We offer individual assessment and treatment, family support, referral to community organizations, and full participation in a treatment plan. Consultation services to other health care providers is provided.
