Description of Services

Indigenous youth programs, support/counselling sessions, housing support, drop-in
  •  
  • Mino Maadiziwin Program Holistic Outreach Worker (HOW) provides support at the centre and out in the community for youth ages 12-24
  •  
  • Youth Case Managers Counselling, and service coordination/navigation for health, employment, education, housing and cultural learning needs
