Children under the age of 18 who live in Peel or attend court in the Peel Region * program offers court preparation support services for children and youth and who are victims and/or witness of crime

Description of Services

Services to children and youth under 18 years of age at the time of referral:

who are residents of the Region of Peel or attend court in the Region of Peel, and
who are victims and/or witnesses of crime (sexual abuse/assault, robbery, child luring, Internet Child Exploitation (ICE), child pornography, uttering threat or criminal harassment) and who may be called to testify in criminal court
intimate partner violence cases where the victim is 15 or under, and where the accused has been charged with sexual interference or sexual exploitation

Exclusionary criteria:

children and youth who are 18 and over
children and youth who are victims/in gang related crimes, domestic violence, child abuse and domestic violence, or those referred by the Homicide or Vice Units
