Description of Services

Delivers centrally coordinated, community based programs and services to Métis Communities in Ontario * support services are client-driven, family centered and provide holistic care

Programs focus on:

Health Babies Healthy Children (prenatal to 6)

Victim's Services

Community Wellness and Support Services

Medical Transport and Support Services

Mental Health and Addictions support and navigation

Family Well-Being (age 7+)

Problem Gaming and Gambling Awareness, assessments and supports

Wellness and Awareness workshops and cultural activities

Video conferencing suites are available on-site and use Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) to provide psychiatry and other health care specialists with a remote connection to patients and clients
