Call intake or fax in referral * Youth and caregivers can self-refer, or physicians and community professionals can submit a referral using a form available on the WhereToStart.ca website

Eligibility / Target Population

Children under the age of 17, and live in the Region of Peel. Childcare is available for some groups. Most groups meet once a week and last from 6 to 12 weeks

Description of Services

Group Service offers many different group activities and workshops which can help parents/caregivers and children/youth

learn new skills
education support and treatment to help manage problems
learn to feel better about themselves

Topics include dealing with stress, anxiety, anger management and many more pertinent subjects

Most groups meet once a week, are available in-person or via Zoom, and last from 6 to 12 weeks
