Description of Services

Stroke prevention and case management for high-risk stroke patients * access to diagnostic testing, medical and surgical management and counseling in lifestyle change/stroke prevention strategies

Works with the Regional Stroke Centre and other partners to provide leadership in coordinating stroke care

About Us

In 2000, the Ministry of Health committed funding to support the development of a province-wide integrated strategy for organizing stroke care based on the early success of the pilots within the Coordinated Stroke Strategy.
