Description of Services
Supportive, multi-faith ministry offering spiritual health practitioners who work in a multi-faith capacity with other hospital staff (nurses, doctors, social workers and occupational therapists) as part of a patient's healthcare team
Help patient and families who are faced with:
An illness or new diagnosis
Grief, loss, bereavement
End-of-life
Spiritual and emotional distress
Times of crisis
Lack of family, experiences of loneliness and isolation
The need for counselling and psychotherapy
The desire for prayer or rituals
