Description of Services

Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have been affected by motor vehicle accidents * services include:

  • catastrophic and amputee rehabilitation
  • physical demands analysis
  • clinical psychology
  • speech language therapy
  • job site and in-home assessments
  • functional capacity evaluations
  • kinesiologist-led fitness program

Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
