Client Support Services Support services and case management for Government-Assisted Refugees * helps clients gain skills and become independent in accessing government, health, and community services
Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) Supports for newly arrived Goverment-Assisted Refugees * provides essential services to meet the immediate needs of refugees destined for London, and transferees during their first six weeks
Settlement Workers in Schools Program (SWIS) Settlement workers based in schools help newcomer students and their families adjust to their school and community * team provides information on Ontario school system and supports communication between student/family and school * creates individual settlement plan to support family's transition to Canada
