Description of Services

Program and services for adults who have a limb amputation and would benefit from a prosthetic, and those with a neurological or musculoskeletal condition where mobility and independence can be improve using an orthopedic brace * services include:

personal assessments and prescription recommendations
manufacturing of prosthetic limbs and orthopedic braces
consultations with West Park's orthopedic specialists and physiatrists
modifications, adjustments, or replacements of existing assistive devices, as appropriate

Services provided by prosthetic/orthotic clinicians and technicians * authorized vendor of prosthetic or orthotic devices for the Assistive Devices Program and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
