Individual counselling, safety planning, advocacy, information and referrals for issues associated with past or present abuse for women (16+) who have experienced domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault and/or abuse (physical, sexual, verbal, emotional or financial) as an adult or in childhood

Counselling also available for children (up to age 16) who have witnessed/experienced domestic violence or abuse

Psycho-educational and supportive women’s groups available on rotating schedule throughout the year; Women's Circle, Self Esteem Group, Understanding Anger, and New Pathways for Women Program (a support group for women who have been in abusive relationships)
