- Individuals requiring immunizations
- School-aged children who require vaccines under the Immunization of School Pupils Act for school attendance
- Individuals under the age of 16 must have either signed or verbal parental consent
Fees
None - Many immunizations are publicly funded by the Ontario Government; other vaccines are provided at cost
